About The Project
Homely Estates is a company operating in the real estate sector. The business model is overwhelmingly B2C (Business to Consumer). The client approached us with a desire to create a website.
The biggest problem for him was the lack of content editing functionality on the site to the extent he wanted. This definitely limited the ability to update the content and offer.
In preparing the audit, we also highlighted a number of other problems: poor responsiveness for mobile devices, problems with the SSL certificate, outdated website design and slow loading times.
Solution
We offered the client a solution in the form of a new website, built on a new engine with access to an intuitive CMS content management panel - WordPress.
Using a proprietary template, we inserted all the content and graphics prepared by the client, taking care to optimise them and prepare them for placement on the website.
An additional challenge posed by the client was the preparation of pages describing the services provided by the client and the blog. For this purpose, we prepared templates for the service page and the blog page, on the basis of which the client was able to independently introduce further content with their descriptions and photos.
Result
As a result of our work, the client received a visually appealing and lightning-fast website that represents his business with dignity on the Internet, as confirmed by statistics. What's more, he now has the option of managing the content himself without the help of specialists.
*Results compared to the previous site, tested approximately six months after the new site was created.
